Mobius Life makes two senior appointments

Key staff join from BlackRock and Aberdeen Asset Management.

Institutional investment platform, Mobius Life, has made two senior appointments to its Asset Transfer and Investment Research teams. Steve Robinson joins as Head of Asset Transfers from BlackRock and Michael Jackson joins from Aberdeen Asset Management as Data Integrity & Research Manager.

Steve Robinson was Vice President, DC Transition Strategist at BlackRock where he designed, implemented and managed an asset transition business model for BlackRock’s investment platform clients. He previously worked for Mercer Investment Consulting for 8 years, where he managed the transition team. Previously, Steve gained 10 years’ experience within investment management with Deutsche Asset Management, Barclays Global Investors and Lloyd’s of London.

Michael Jackson joins from Aberdeen Asset Management where he was responsible for outsourced Third Party Administration and segregated manager oversight. He previously worked for a number of leading asset managers and global custodians in fund operations and accounting roles.
